How does the shampoo work?
It’s easy to use - just apply the shampoo until hair is wet, massage to lather and thoroughly towel dry.  No rinsing is required!  The shampoo releases dirt and oil from hair and scalp into the lather, which is then absorbed by the towel (so its important to towel dry thoroughly).
After towelling you can blow dry in a normal manner or let the hair dry by itself (this is the principle for waterless bathing).

Is it okay to use a second time even if my hair is especially oily or dirty?
No Rinse Shampoo is gentle enough to use everyday if needed.  It’s good for all hair types and colour treated and permed hair. 

How much do I use?
Apply until the hair is wet.  For short hair about ½ to ¾ of an ounce, which is about 3 capfuls.  If your hair is long or thick, you can always use a little water to help distribute the shampoo

Can I warm up the bottle?
It’s not necessary, but you can.  Here’s a suggestion – just place the bottle
under warm running water (not boiling), ensure you test prior to use.  Do not put the bottle in a microwave oven as it will melt.

Do No Rinse products contain alcohol?
NO - none of the products contain alcohol, NoRinse products will NOT dry the skin.

What is the difference between Body Wash & Body Bath?
Body Wash requires no water whatsoever, you simply massage into the area to be cleaned and towel dry. Grease and dirt are lifted in to the lather and removed with a towel to leave your skin clean, soft and odour free.

The No Rinse Body Bath works in the same way except it's a concentrated liquid that you dilute into a bowl or basin of water, then apply the solution in the same way, requiring no rinsing.  Just use 4 capfuls of product with 32 ounces or a basin of warm water for a complete bath.

How much will I need?
How long they last will depend on how big you are and whether you are washing head to toe or smaller areas such as armpits, groin and feet. The liquids are quite runny so the will go quite a long way and the concentrate will obviously go a lot further.

Are NoRinse products safe for children?
No Rinse products are gentle enough to use on babies and great for quick clean-ups.
The No Rinse Shampoo and No Rinse Body Bath contain no alcohol and are pH balanced, so they will not dry out your skin.

Do I open the bag before Microwaving the Caps?
Open one end and pop the whole bag in the microwave for 10 -15 seconds and check how hot the product is before apply to the head.

How do I Microwave Bathing Wipes?
Similarly open the re-sealable lid and microwave for 30-45 seconds, you may need to heat further depending on the power of your microwave, test the temperature before use.

Can the dog shampoo be used on cats or horses?
