The only negative feedback we have ever received was from a client who hadn't understood that Waterless Shampoo requires a towel to remove grease and dirt once it has been lifted in the lather - they used a hair dryer and hence dried the grease back on to their hair.

I just want to tell you how wonderful your product has been for my husband who has been in hospital for 8 weeks. His scalp had become very itchy I used norinse and it worked wonderfully, I have now washed his hair 3 times in the hospital it leaves

Hi, Some time ago I spoke to someone in your organisation about your Norinse shampoo and conditioner and I promised to take a photo of me using one of your products in a far flung location should an opportunity arise.

I recently purchased shampoo and body wash, for my mum who has severe dementia. bathing mum untill I discovered no rinse has been very difficult to say the least. They are not only a very good easy to use products, they have also cut down the time by half that I spend bathing mum. I ONLY WISH I had known about these products yrs ago.

I was asked by my mam to contact you with praise for the shampoo cap, my mam was diagnosed with terminal ovarian cancer in aug 09 and was confined to bed whilst being given palliative care. In order to promote self esteem she wished to have clean hair and as her bed was profiling we were unable to do this. I searched for products and found the shower cap which we used on three occasions before her death in november, mam wished me to email you and say what a good idea the caps were and how they improved her quality of life, something I have felt unable to do until now. I am an NVQ assessor in health and social care and now refer others who are unable to wash their hair in a regular manner to your products hoping that this will improve their quality of life as it did my mam.

Hi, I'd just like to say what an absolute godsend the no rinse shampoo has been for me this week. My water cylinder has leaked so I have no hot water and my shower was also out of action. I'd tried washing my hair in cold water, but it just looked terrible, so I gave the no rinse a go (which I'd bought for festival camping) and it's absolutely brilliant.

I was very sceptical as to whether it would give clean enough hair for work, but it actually looks better!! Totally, totally brilliant product! I'll be trying out the conditioner and body wash next, I think. Once again, huge thanks for preserving my dignity!

I am contacting you regarding a recent purchase I made from No Rinse. My order was for two 8oz bottles of No Rinse shampoo and one 2oz bottle of no Rinse conditioner. Unfortunately, when the items arrived I noticed that the packaging was soaking wet and upon opening it found that the top of one of the 8oz shampoo bottles was damaged and most of the contents had leaked out.

Due to a period of ill health which has meant I have been bed bound for a number of months, I have found your no rinse products invaluable and am usually very pleased with the service, but I felt that the above matter should be brought to your attention.

I just wanted to say what a fantastic product the Waterless dog shampoo is. I have a pedigree shar-pei who is allergic to almost everything, I have to buy prescription food from the vets and have never found an ‘off the shelf’ shampoo which doesn’t irritate his skin so even his shampoo has to be prescription … oh and he hates water too! Using Waterless means he is no longer traumatised by the bathing process itself (in fact he quite enjoys it now!), but it also leaves his coat lovely and soft and fresh smelling. Thank you!
